Woman-owned and Black-owned, our diverse background allows us to service a wide range of clients including innovative startups, new designers, small boutiques, mid-sized brands, and major retailers. Our clients are unique, and we pride ourselves on giving tailored service to each according to their needs.

Our products are manufactured globally in labor compliant factories and delivered worldwide. We have an extensive directory of fabric and trim suppliers, dye houses, cut and sew factories, knitting facilities, and accessory manufacturers to suit the varied needs of our customers. Conjetta Designs offers global logistics solutions, including ocean and air freight, customs, duties, tariffs…we handle the lifecycle of your product from design inception all the way to final delivery.

Connie Bourgeois

Founder & CEO

Connie Bourgeois established Conjetta Designs to fill the white space between product idea and reality. She shares her expertise in design, development, sourcing, logistics, merchandising, and brand building to promote collaboration, innovation, and growth among her team and clients.

Samantha Knaust

Director of Design & PD

Experienced designer and Product Development Manager with 14 years in retail and design, including seven years at Walmart Inc. Specializes in successful textile designs for home, seasonal, and apparel categories. Versatile at Soft Surroundings, combining creativity with strategic thinking in textile and product design.

Nicolette Leslie

Technical Designer

Nicolette Leslie is a Technical Designer with a BFA in Fashion Design and Intimate Apparel from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Starting her career as a Product Developer for fire-fighting gear, Nicolette brings her eye for detail to every project she works on. Since joining Conjetta Designs, Nicolette has worked on projects in multiple product categories. Nicolette takes pride in working with clients to execute their vision and see projects through from initial design to final production.

Dayne Lewis

Founder & CFO

Dayne's background in data science, analytics, and business/public administration gives Conjetta Designs integral executive leadership. His forward thinking and collaborative approach to management has set a strong foundation for the company to continue it's growth trajectory.

Audrah Davidson

Garment Technologist

Audrah is an experienced Fashion Designer and Product Developer with a keen ability to problem-solve complex designs and fit issues. Her experience in alterations at Saks Fifth Avenue and design experience at Party City give her a special ability to adapt to any project type.

Olivia Thaggard

Logistics Coordinator

Olivia has been with Conjetta Designs since graduating with her BS in Fashion Business. As a Fashion Logistics Coordinator, her role in the development process begins with designing and sampling branded trims and packaging for our clients. As development progresses to production, Olivia plays an integral role by performing quality checks, ensuring timelines are met, and coordinating the movement of freight in an ever changing supply chain.
