Conjetta Designs is a pioneer in full-service fashion development and production. We offer in-depth design, sourcing, and production processes with a focus on apparel and accessories manufacturing.
Woman-owned and Black-owned, our diverse background allows us to service a wide range of clients including innovative startups, new designers, small boutiques, mid-sized brands, and major retailers. Our clients are unique, and we pride ourselves on giving tailored service to each according to their needs.

Our products are manufactured globally in labor compliant factories and delivered worldwide. We have an extensive directory of fabric and trim suppliers, dye houses, cut and sew factories, knitting facilities, and accessory manufacturers to suit the varied needs of our customers. Conjetta Designs offers global logistics solutions, including ocean and air freight, customs, duties, tariffs…we handle the lifecycle of your product from design inception all the way to final delivery.

Connie Bourgeois
Founder & CEO
An apparel executive with more than 15 years of industry experience, Connie Bourgeois founded Conjetta Designs with the belief that investing in young talent is crucial for the next generation of designers to succeed and prosper. By sharing her extensive knowledge of design, development, sourcing, logistics, merchandising, and brand building, with both her team and her clients, Connie fosters an environment of collaboration, innovation and growth.
Samantha Knaust
Designer
Samantha Knaust is a creative designer and has been with Conjetta Designs since the beginning. Samantha uses trend and market research to create design concepts that bring our clients' inspirations to life. She specializes in print and textile design where she uses imaginative motifs and artwork to create one of a kind fabrics.
Nicolette Leslie
Technical Designer
Nicolette Leslie is a Technical Designer with a BFA in Fashion Design and Intimate Apparel from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Starting her career as a Product Developer for fire-fighting gear, Nicolette brings her eye for detail to every project she works on. Since joining Conjetta Designs, Nicolette has worked on projects in multiple product categories. Nicolette takes pride in working with clients to execute their vision and see projects through from initial design to final production.
Dayne Lewis
Founder & CFO
Dayne's background in data science, analytics, and business/public administration gives Conjetta Designs integral executive leadership. His forward thinking and collaborative approach to management has set a strong foundation for the company to continue it's growth trajectory.

Lauren Zertan
Lead Technical Designer
After 10+ years working in technical design, Lauren has held every position from assistant to manager and worked across multiple product categories. She is energized by the diversity of brands and products at Conjetta Designs and enjoys working hands-on with clients to extend technical expertise in fit, quality, and production to create the best possible products!

Olivia Thaggard
Logistics Coordinator
Olivia has been with Conjetta Designs since graduating with her BS in Fashion Business. As a Fashion Logistics Coordinator, her role in the development process begins with designing and sampling branded trims and packaging for our clients. As development progresses to production, Olivia plays an integral role by performing quality checks, ensuring timelines are met, and coordinating the movement of freight in an ever changing supply chain.
